Today the weather was very temperimental. One moment it’s sun and clear and the next it’s clouded and rain. Seeing conditions were terrible too ( 1 / 10 ).

Managed to capture the remnent of that huge prominence from the last days, which shows as a faint filament on the sun now due to the rotation of the sun.

SW Esprit 120 + Quark Chromosphere + TS 0.5 reducer + QHY5L-IIc . Stacked in Autostakkert and processed in Photoshop.

First up, the faint filament. Due to the horrific seeing conditions I had to apply invert filter and stretch it a lot in Photoshop to make it visible:
